TELEGRAM SALES SYSTEMS
Bots and Mini Apps for sales, payments and automatic delivery in Telegram
For businesses whose customers already use Telegram while ordering, payments or digital delivery remain manual and fragmented.
01 / FIT
Which businesses benefit from this?
Telegram should not be forced onto every business. It makes sense when a meaningful part of sales or customer communication already happens there.
- Digital files, books, courses or downloadable content
- Subscriptions, services or API-delivered credits
- Ordering for Telegram channels and communities
- Reseller operations, wallets or tiered pricing
02 / BUYING FLOW
What does the customer journey look like?
Browse products or services
Users review products, pricing and terms inside the bot or Mini App.
Place an order and pay
The system records the order and handles online payment, wallet balance or manual approval as required.
Deliver or provision
The system sends a file, link or code, or calls a provider API to create the service.
Track operations
Operators can see orders, payments, failures and controlled retries in an admin area.
03 / DELIVERY SCOPE
What can be included?
- Telegram Bot and Mini App designed around the buying flow
- Products, pricing, discounts, wallet and transaction records
- Payment gateway, webhooks and provider API integration
- Automatic delivery of files, links, codes or services
- Administration for users, orders, payments and failures
- Server deployment, logs, backups and maintenance notes
04 / REAL FAILURE CASE
Failure handling belongs in the design rather than being discovered later.
If payment succeeds while the provider fails, the order must not disappear or be duplicated. The order state remains recorded, the failure is visible and retries are controlled.
05 / DEVNU LAB
PasarGuard, an internal DEVNU Lab project
PasarGuard is used to build and test parts of this kind of system. It is not presented as a finished public product, and interface previews will be published after a stable release.
