Project assessment privacy policy
A concise policy limited to the data DEVNU actually receives.
What is collected?
The details you submit in the assessment form, including contact information, organisation, project state, broad requirements and your description. A one-way hash of the source IP is also stored to control abuse.
How is it used?
Only to assess the request, respond, follow a possible engagement and protect the form from bulk submissions. Form data is not sold or provided to third parties for advertising.
Acknowledgement email
When the mail service and acknowledgement rule are active, a receipt is sent in the same language as the form.
Retention and deletion
Requests are retained while needed for follow-up, operational records or legal obligations. Contact [email protected] to request access or deletion.
Security
Enquiries are accessed through session-protected administration. No technical control removes all risk, but access, request rates and events are restricted and monitored.
