DEVNU / Web design and development
Web products from corporate sites and internal tools to APIs, bots and automation.
I start with the actual job: who will use the product, what data moves through it and where it needs to run. Interface, application code and infrastructure are then delivered as one maintainable system.
01 / Work
Three projects. Three different problems.
SUMY and Fidrolic are delivered client projects. PasarGuard is a personal product still in development. Each case states what was built and what remains in progress.
Industrial website & content administration
SUMY Website & Operations System
SUMY's bilingual industrial website, with an API, database and a dedicated admin area for pages, products, brands and incoming enquiries.
Corporate website & technical catalogue
Fidrolic Website
A WordPress redesign for Fidrolic, focused on the company, product and brand navigation, and straightforward access to technical catalogues.
Telegram bot, service sales & API integration
PasarGuard Bot & Mini App
A personal Telegram service shop with a bot, Mini App, wallet, orders, reseller flows and PasarGuard API integration.
02 / Services
Only the scope the problem actually needs.
Some projects need a focused website. Others are incomplete without an admin tool, API or automation. The boundary is agreed before work starts, so features are not added simply to pad the project.
Product strategy & design
Before screens are designed, I define who uses the system, what data enters it and what the outcome needs to be. The result is a page map, core flows, first-release priorities and a reviewable prototype.
- Scope & requirements
- Information architecture
- UI/UX design
- Interactive prototypes
Websites & frontend
I build corporate websites, catalogues, commerce and admin interfaces with React or Next.js. Mobile behaviour, RTL/LTR, accessibility, SEO and performance are part of the initial design; motion and WebGL are used only when they explain something useful.
- React, Next.js & TypeScript
- RTL/LTR responsive systems
- Motion, SVG & WebGL
- Technical SEO & structured data
- Image and Core Web Vitals optimisation
- Forms and admin integration
Backend, API & data
I implement APIs, authentication, permissions, files, notifications and data models as explicit NestJS or FastAPI modules. PostgreSQL and Prisma work also covers migrations, indexes, backups and upgrade paths.
- NestJS & FastAPI
- PostgreSQL, Prisma & migrations
- JWT, sessions & permissions
- Redis, queues & jobs
- File uploads & notifications
- Swagger, tests & logs
Automation, bots & integrations
I build Telegram bots, Mini Apps, webhooks and integrations to remove duplicate data entry and repetitive work. Each workflow records its input, decision, action and outcome so failures stay visible and retries remain controlled.
- Telegram bots & Mini Apps
- Webhooks & API integration
- Payments, orders & alerts
- Queues, schedules & retries
- CRM, forms & internal systems
- Execution-status dashboards
Network, server & infrastructure
For local or overseas VPS delivery, the path from DNS to service is documented: Linux, Docker Compose, Nginx, TLS, firewalling, SSH, VPN and container-network separation. The database stays private, and backup and restore are tested before handoff.
- Ubuntu & SSH hardening
- Docker Compose & private networks
- Nginx, DNS & TLS
- Firewall, VPN & port restriction
- PostgreSQL backup & restore
- Monitoring & event logs
Delivery, observability & optimisation
Launch is not the end of the work. I make application and Nginx logs, container health, resource use, frontend errors, endpoint status and response times visible. Releases use reproducible builds, controlled migrations and a rollback path.
- CI/CD & versioning
- Health checks & uptime
- Central logs & error tracking
- Core Web Vitals & profiling
- Scheduled backups & rollback
- Documentation & maintenance plan

EVENT → LOGIC → ACTION
Repeated work needs a visible, traceable path.
A form, bot or service sends data; the input is checked, the required action runs and the outcome is recorded. When something fails, it is clear where and why.
- 01Receive event
- 02Check data
- 03Run logic
- 04Record outcome
03 / Technology
Technology is not a shop window.
React, NestJS or any other tool belongs in a project only when there is a practical reason for it. This list comes from delivered work and the infrastructure behind it.

04 / Server & operations
If it does not run properly on the server, it is not finished.
Domains, Docker, Nginx, TLS, access control, backups and update procedures are part of delivery. The final release must be dependable outside the developer's laptop.

An independent practice with direct responsibility.
DEVNU is my independent practice for web, software and infrastructure work. I carry analysis, design, implementation and deployment through one path instead of handing the project between sales, design and development teams.
The problem and workflow are clear before design begins.
Ideas become something visible and testable early.
Deployment, maintenance and updates are part of delivery.
